Processing Time

Please note that all orders are processed within 2 business days of receiving your order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. During peak seasons or sales events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We ship to all addresses within Australia using Australia Post Standard.

Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes 4–8 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
Remote Areas: If your address is in a remote or regional area, delivery may take an additional 1–3 business days.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order and your delivery location.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package via Australia Post. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active in our system.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, please contact us with your order number and tracking details.
